Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Gravitfy Studio. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided
Non-returnable items:
- Custom-designed or personalized products (e.g., personalized wedding stationery, custom packaging with your branding)
- Digital files or downloadable products
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
- Items without original packaging
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@gravitfystudio.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8178869597 within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and share return instructions if approved
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or replacement
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.)
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be transferred to your bank account — please provide your account details at the time of raising the return request
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Bank processing times may vary (typically 3–5 additional business days depending on your bank).
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong item received
If you would like a different design, size, or product, please place a new order. We do not process exchanges for change-of-mind purchases on custom or personalized items.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund
- After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted for personalized or custom products as production may have already begun
- For non-custom items, cancellation requests after 24 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos of the damaged/incorrect item and the packaging
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
We are not responsible for damage caused during customer use or storage after delivery.

8. Consumer Rights
This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable e-commerce rules in India. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
