Refund Policy

At Gravitfy Studio, all our products are customized and made-to-order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following refund and return terms.
1. No Return / No Refund on Custom Orders
All products including printing, packaging, labels, and branding materials are custom-made as per client requirements. Therefore, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the order has been confirmed and processed.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once the design has been approved or production has started. Cancellation requests before production may be considered at our discretion.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
We only offer replacement in case of physically damaged products or major manufacturing defects.
Conditions:
- Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Photo or video proof must be provided
After verification, a replacement will be processed (no refunds).
4. Color & Design Variations
Due to differences in screen displays and printing processes, slight color variations are normal and will not be considered defects.
5. Client Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving final designs. Gravitfy Studio is not responsible for errors after approval.
6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not applicable in cases of change of mind, incorrect details provided by the customer, or delays caused by external factors.
